Personal  Assistant/Service Representative


Assistant Personnel role is a vital, member of our team who supports other team members and clientele. We are looking for a proactive, professional, and positive team player to join our team. Needs to have attention to detail and great communication skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Extensive phone and email communication with customers, showroom team, outside sales representatives and internal company departments Respond to general inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and inventory levels
All aspects of order management: initial review and entry, changes to existing orders, and proactive follow-up, including sample requests and product returns . Receive, sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and bills payments.
Exercise critical thinking and use good judgment to balance customer satisfaction
An ideal candidate is a self-starter who is extremely thorough, and demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process from task to project completion. An ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication and customer service skills with the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. Job Duties in this role, you will:
Be part of the team to create and execute initiatives to reimagine office space
Thoroughly conduct daily facilities checks to ensure seamless day to day operations such as cleanliness and appearance upholds high quality standards Effectively cross collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external to provide the best workplace experience to employees and guests Act as a point person for workplace related questions/concerns
Organize and/or provide physical event setups for internal events (All-Hands, internal events, off-sites, engagement events, teambuilding, etc.)
Provide regular updates of site and projects to management and stakeholders
